Registration co-exhibitors

We hereby apply for the inclusion of the company listed below, which wishes to exhibit at our stand with its own exhibits and personnel as co-exhibitors. For each co-exhibiting company an obligatory amount of 395,- EUR plus VAT will be charged for the Media Package. The amount will be charged to the main exhibitor.

Please inform your co-exhibitors about the BUS2BUS Conditions of Participation, the General Terms and Conditions of Messe Berlin GmbH and the information in accordance with the EU Basic Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) for exhibiting companies, and draw their attention to the data protection declaration on our website at www.messe-berlin.de. If you are authorized to do so, please submit the declaration of consent on behalf of the co-exhibitors

I consent to Messe Berlin GmbH, Messedamm 22, 14055 Berlin, Germany, e-mail: central@messe-berlin.de, sending my contact details, i.e. my name, telephone number, e-mail address, fax number and the exhibitor’s address and other details I have registered in the stand registration, to third parties so that they can offer me additional services in their own name such as logistics, media, sponsoring, press and marketing as well as technical and stand construction services for the preparation and execution of the exhibitor’s trade fair participation so as to optimise and support the exhibitor's trade fair presence. The currently known data recipients are Schenker Deutschland GmbH. Due to changing or expanding service offerings, other service providers may be added to this list.
